- Vitamin A and Deworming programme is conducted every year, through health facilities and schools.
- Under this program, deworming is provided to children aged between 2 to 14 years old, once a year.
- Vitamin A supplementation is provided to children below the age of 5.
- The first dose of vitamin A is given at 9 months with MR vaccine and second dose is given at 18 months with MMR vaccine. After that vitamin A is provided every 6 months until the child is 5 years.
